Monkeys Gland Exotic Cocktail

you will need for 1 glass:

4-5 ice cubes
half teaspoon grenadine
3 drops Pernod
3-4 tablespoons gin
1.5-2 tablespoons fresh orange juice (or canned, unsweetened)

1 Put the ice cubes into a glass jug.
2 Pour the Pemod, the orange juice, grenadine and gin over the ice.
3 Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
